Online & In-Person Psychotherapy in Plymouth and North Devon
I am a senior psychotherapist with extensive experience. I hold a small, discreet private practice, where I can offer a peaceful, reflective space for depth psychotherapy. I offer you the focused attention, skills and understanding I have developed over three decades of clinical practice and teaching psychotherapy.

If you are here, it may be that you, or someone you care about, needs some support. We can discuss your situation on the phone, and explore if my approach might work for you.
Although you might feel anxious about contacting a psychotherapist or coach, many people are glad they did. You do not have to put up with difficult feelings such as low confidence, anxiety, low mood, unhappiness, or confusion about what you want in life. Psychotherapy has many unique resources and techniques to help you address your difficulties and make positive changes.
A psychotherapist is friendly, will not judge you, or think your problems are insignificant! I provide fine-tuned individual support and guidance, so you can change and develop while you maintain stability and wellbeing.
